Cô Năm Trà Vinh began in 1999 with the flavours and hospitality of Trà Vinh, a province in Southern Vietnam. It was started by the fifth sister in the family, cooking the Southern Vietnamese classics the way the family has always made them.
More than thirty years on, it is still family-owned, and across both our Springvale venues the food is cooked the same way: Southern Vietnamese recipes, fresh ingredients prepared each day, generous plates. Whether you are a weekly regular or here for your first bowl of Bún Mắm or Bún Riêu, our customers tell us it is food that reminds them of home.
